The clouds become wallpaper

Large, white, veiled, grey, or even menacing, layered or low, clouds have always fascinated man. Clouds have impalpable lightness and speed, while their strange shapes suggest real or imaginary representations in a play of fantasy; they evolve according to the movements of the air, acquire countless configurations and shades, react to light, filter it, and evoke emotions and moods.

The graphics of SpaghettiWall wallpapers trace all the complexity of the sky to bring back to the wall the magic of a weather condition that has been seducing people since childhood. And it is with the innocence of a child that the subject Acquaforte, designed by RGB Comunicazione, seems to be born: an atmosphere of dense clouds hand-drawn with a thin pen stroke, with a playful style, which is proposed in bright and unusual colors, such as red, pink, water green, or even in a traditional sepia tone. The ‘pastel’ imagery becomes even more realistic in Studio SMIT’s Grand Tour collection, where the large natural landscapes photographed are subjected to interpretative transitions, from photographic to graphic.

In this new 2024 collection, the wallpapers offer landscapes to be recreated on a macro scale, in interior design, into which to imagine oneself: from coastline panoramas where the sun lights up the sea surface to hills shrouded in clouds.

‘Storm’ wallpaper suggests total immersion in the raw energy and the wild beauty of an impending storm, where nature is about to explode, magnificent and powerful. The storm is advancing, with different shades of grey interpenetrating, and made even more real when printed on the tactile textured Sablé or Pop White SpaghettiWall surface. Sablé and Pop White are two of the seven surfaces proposed by the company, with which it is possible to customize all the graphics and emphasize their appeal. It is the case of the Intonaci graphic, which alludes to a portion of the autumn sky with leaden and relaxing nuances, thanks to its movements of color and light three-dimensional effects at different depths.
