Bross, lounge seating and versatile furnishing accessories for smart environments

Bross creates transversal furniture collections, designed and conceived to meet the needs of contemporary living and the new heterogeneous and multifunctional environments in the hospitality, work and residential worlds. The most recent product families are born with this objective in mind and take a complex approach to functions. Examples of this are the recent WAM and SIT collections, both designed by Marco Zito, which include lounge seating in various configurations, benches and coffee tables that can be freely set.

The WAM armchair and bergère are characterised by their important upholstered volumes and the shape of the shell in which the headrest is featured, which can be made in the same finish or with contrasting fabric for maximum customisation. An element – that of the headrest – which is further emphasised in the bergère, becoming its identifying sign: here the backrest culminates in fact with a curved band of unusual proportions, which envelops the person and at the same time allows support for convivial situations or protection, in part also acoustic, from the surrounding environment, when it is necessary to concentrate on carrying out work activities.

Part of the same collection and with a similar aesthetic language, the WAM bench can be placed in living or waiting areas. It comes in two size variants, with upholstered seat enhanced by surface stitching, and can be complemented with a fixed table with black Fenix top and black or brushed bronze lacquered support, in the same finish as the structure, ideal for smart working in a domestic context or contract project.

The detail of the integrated side table also characterises the SIT lounge chair, a Bross novelty: a comfortable armchair with a two-sided shell and moulded and shaped padding for maximum ergonomics, where the free side is completed with a side table attached to the metal structure, making it a versatile and flexible object that can be customised thanks to the wide range of fabrics and leathers offered in the company’s catalogue.
