Antrax IT modular radiators

01(32)

Easy to compose according to needs and configurable in a wide range of dimensional variants: like a sofa, a kitchen, a wardrobe or a bookcase, the Antrax IT radiator collections satisfy modularity requirements, offering a flexible design tool. The thermal power and aesthetics of the radiator can suit interior design, while the over 200 colour variations in the catalogue allow to select the desired nuance to customize the model.

Lana, by AMDL CIRCLE, studio of Michele De Lucchi, was designed addressing the idea of not having a single version for a radiator: it is a 33x33cm square tile, curved and with rounded corners, further worked with a plissè surface, which can create rectangular or square shapes, due to the union of two or more models of the family. This ‘plastic’ matrix, always placed in a checkerboard pattern, can be replicated from a minimum of three linear elements to a maximum of twelve, according to a 2×6 model, and completed with an embossed paint for a tactile and material effect.

The same finish and artisanal aesthetics also occur in Waffle, born from the collaboration with Piero Lissoni. Here the module is larger – a 61x41cm rectangle -, enhanced by a three-dimensional texture with slight surface irregularities: an effect obtained thanks to the shell casting, wanted  by the designer to recall the traditional image of cast iron radiators and translate it into contemporary design. The texture of the radiator, proposed in the version with two, three, four or five modules, features a sculptural object on the wall, functional and decorative, which can be integrated with a handle or wooden hooks for the bathroom environment.

Always marked by a soft relief texture, the Loft collection originates from an elongated single, double or triple rectangle. Compared to the more geometric and deep plissè of Lana, here the heating surface is a succession of soft ‘waves’ that define a dense, elegant ribbed effect, to be freely enriched with a colour of choice from the many – glossy, matt, special – proposed by Antrax IT.
